Zoya - Holiday 2021 Dazzle Collection

*AD - Gifted*
Hi everyone! Today I'm back to share Zoya's Dazzle Collection with you, originally released for Holiday 2021. I always look forward to Zoya's Holiday polishes, as they tend to sprinkle in a good amount of sparkle. This one is no exception, and consists of 5 glass fleck shimmers, accompanied by a shimmery Hot Lips gloss. Read on for my full swatches and more info!

As always, I'll quickly address the formula here before jumping into the individual polishes. I found they all had very similar formulas, and were all super smooth and easy to apply. They do start off on the sheer side but are packed full of shimmery goodness and build up nicely. You could likely get away with two coats of the darker shades, but I would recommend three for the lighter ones.

'Alexis' is described as a 'shimmering white diamond with a beautiful mirrored effect'. Being a soft white, this is the sheerest of the bunch. I could still see my nail line quite well after three coats, so if that's not your cup of tea I'd suggest layering it over another polish as a topper. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Esme' is described as a 'soft rose gold with a glistening gold glass fleck'. This one builds up nicely in two coats, but I did need a quick third to cover my nail line. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Sophia' is described as an 'intense crimson red with a golden glass fleck blended in'. This was opaque in two coats, but I had some very minor light patches on one or two nails, so I added a quick third for the sake of photos. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Marlena' is described as a 'mid-toned cerulean blue with a gorgeous gold fleck effect'. Again, I would have happily left this in two coats if I wasn't being overly careful for swatch photos. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Dominique' is described as a 'royal purple with a fierce glass fleck effect'. Similar to the last two, I added a super quick third coat to ensure the coverage was perfectly even in my photographs. Below is three coats with topcoat.

I couldn't resist combining all five of the polishes together for a smooshed effect. I added drips of each onto a nail art mat, before 'smooshing' them together with my stamper head and stamping it over a a base of 'Alexis'. 'Esme' didn't show up quite as boldly as the darker colours, but you can still see it peeking through.

I also stamped some quick mermaid scales over my smoosh using an image from the UberChic Beauty Mermaid Life plate.

What do you think? I absolutely love this collection. I always adore the deep glowy pops of colour you get from a glass fleck polish. While these are all perfect holiday colours, they're also perfect all year round - especially when you fancy something a bit more out there than a simple creme.

You can find the Holiday 2021 Dazzle Collection on the Zoya website here. For those of you in the UK like me, you can also find it on the Zoya UK website here, although I believe 'Alexis' is currently sold out.

Hope to see you in the next post!
Becca x
