Dollish Polish - World of Pure Imagination Collection

Hello lovelies! Today I'm back with swatches of the Dollish Polish World of Pure Imagination Collection. The Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory inspired collection consists of 8 brightly coloured glitter crellies. I love both Willy Wonka and colourful crellies, so couldn't pass these up. I've had them waiting in my swatch pile for the longest time, but finally have them all swatched. Read on for my full swatches and more info!

Before I get into the swatches, I found the opacity varied between shades. The darker colours tended to be more opaque and are good after two coats (though I did add a third to them all based on personal preference). The lighter ones were three coaters, and I did find a couple that still showed a good amount of nail line after three. They all benefit from a topcoat to smooth out the glitters, and I did use a peel off base with all of them to aid removal.

'Everlasting Gobstopper' is a white crelly base with a rainbow of microglitters. Being a white, I did expect this to need a third coat. The base is a slightly milky white, so I added a third coat for a bit more opacity. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'I've Got a Golden Ticket!' is a bright yellow crelly base with red, orange, green, and yellow microglitters. Again, I expected this to be a three coater due to being yellow. I could just about see my my nail line but more so in pictures than in person. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Oompa Loompa Doompity Do' is an orange crelly base with pink, yellow, green, orange, black, and white microglitters. This is one of the ones I found to have a sheerer base. I still had visible nail line after three coats, but the glitters do help to distract from it. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Don't Care How, I Want it Now!' is a red crelly base with various microglitters including green, pink, white, and yellow. This was much more opaque than the previous colours. You could easily away with two coats of this one. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Candy is Dandy, but Liquor is Quicker' is a bright pink crelly base with various microglitters including blue, green, purple, and pink. This was another of the more opaque shades, easily manageable in two coats. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Violet! You're Turning Violet, Violet!' is a bright purple crelly with various shades of pink, purple, and blue microglitters. Similar to the two previous shades, this is good to go in two coats. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'We Are the Music Makers, & We Are the Dreamers of Dreams' is a bold blue crelly base with a mix of various blue, green, and white microglitters. This one was on the border between two and three coats. I had some lighter patches on two, so do think it justified the third coat. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'The Suspense is Terrible. I Hope It'll Last' is a bright green crelly base with coloured microglitters including yellow, green, orange, pink, and purple. Similar to the orange, I found I could see my nail line quite clearly after three coats. Below is three coats with topcoat.

What do you think? I love how bright and colourful this whole collection is - it's so fun! My favourites are the red, pink, purple, and blue as I personally prefer the bolder shades. While they did vary slightly on opacity, they all had easy to apply formulas. It's also worth noting that my bottles have been sat for quite some time, so maybe I needed to shake a few of them a bit more!

The entire World of Pure Imagination Collection is available on the Dollish Polish website here. The full collection listings are currently sold out, but the individual shades are still in stock.

Hope to see you in the next post!
