Hello lovelies! Today I have a review for newly released UK gel polish brand Toppers. Toppers specialise in universal no wipe top coats that can be used over any polish of your choice (gel or not). They kindly asked me to be part of their launch tour and sent me a fabulous box of goodies to share with you. This is a bit of a long post as I had so much to say, so read on to get stuck in!
