Hello! Today I have a quick swatch of OPI 'Turn on the Northern Lights!', from last years Iceland Collection. This seemed to be the favourite from the collection, and was definitely the one that stood out to me. My bottle is in the infinite shine range, and I think it might actually be my first one! 'Turn on the Northern Lights!' is a royal blue-toned purple base with a strong pinky red shimmer. The formula is super smooth and easy to apply. This does start off slightly sheer to begin with otherwise the base would hide the shimmer. It builds up nicely in two coats, though I added a third just in case. Below is three coats with topcoat.

What do you think? This is such a stunning polish! It may not be the most summery base colour, but the shimmer is gorgeous, especially when the sun hits it. If you missed it, I did use this as a base for some stamping in my Lina Nail Art Supplies Born to Sail 01 review here.
