Hello! Today I'm back with my nail art look for Januarys 'Namaste' MeeBox. If you missed my initial unboxing and swatching, you can find that post here. I wanted to keep it quite simple this month, which I feel goes along quite nicely with the 'Namaste' theme. I opted for a plain gradient. Read on for more info and to see how it turned out!
January's 'Namaste' MeeBox Mani @acertainbeccaa |
I started off with a base of the sheerest of the three polishes, Cuccio 'Crush in Lake Como'. Shown below is three coats with topcoat.
I then created my gradient using a make-up sponge. I painted lines of each colour, starting with 'Crush in Lake Como', followed by Zoya 'Lake', and then finally Nailberry London 'Stone'. I rolled and dabbed the sponge gently over each nail until I was happy with the outcome. I then finished with a coat of topcoat.
What do you think? Though this may not be my typical colour palette as I don't gravitate towards greys or sheerer pinks, I'm really happy with how this turned out. It looks exactly as I had imagined, and that's always good! I find the final look lovely and calming.
You can find out more about MeeBox and subscribing here.
Hope to see you in the next post!
