January MeeBox - Namaste

Hello! Today I have the January MeeBox to share. If you missed Decembers box, you can find my unboxing and swatches here, and nail art here. Unfortunately there were a couple of hitches this month. Shipping was delayed due to poor weather and then one of the polishes was accidentally left out during packing. Nevertheless, we got there in the end! Read on for my full swatches and a look at everything inside January's 'Namaste' box.

First up for polishes this month is Nailberry London 'Stone', a dark grey creme. The formula is smooth and easy to apply, and is very close to being a one coater. I did need a quick second for some minor streaks, but I think you could easily get away with one thicker coat. Below is two coats with topcoat.

Next is Zoya 'Lake', a soft blue-toned grey (or grey-toned blue?) creme. It has a smooth, easy to apply formula, although being a paler colour it does start off slightly sheer. It builds up nicely on the second coat, and evens out fully and becomes fully opaque on the third. Below is three coats with topcoat.

Last for polishes is Cuccio 'Crush in Lake Como', a soft sheer pink. It has a smooth and easy to apply formula. I can still easily see my nail line after a third coat, as this is quite a sheer polish, and is most likely intended for use in French manicures. Below is three coats with topcoat.

As a second Cuccio item this month, we recieved a tub of their hydrating butter for hands, feet, and body. I have the scent Papaya & Guava, although I do believe there were a couple of different scents among everyones boxes.

Next is a Soap Dodger cuticle balm. I use cuticle balms quite often, especially when I need a bit of extra moisture as they're very hydrating. I look forward to testing this one out - it smells lovely too.

Next is a bottle of Leighton Denny Hydra Flex Serum. I did have to google what this was as I'd never heard of it before. According to Leighton Denny, it's a hydrating serum to be massaged into your nails and cuticles. I'll have to give it a go!

Finally, we have a pair of rose gold straight scissors from The Vintage Cosmetic Company. I've actually been needed a new pair of nail scissors, so these will come in really handy.

What do you think? Although January's box did have a couple of hitches, we were still treated to seven fab items. I think the three polishes go really nicely together. I've already done a quick nail art look using them all ready for my next post. Fingers crossed Februarys 'Look Book' box goes a bit more smoothly!

Hope to see you in the next post!
