Hi! Happy New Year. Today I have a super quick post consisting of a couple of random polishes I swatched during the month of December, but haven't got round to sharing yet. I have three in total, each of which I'd used as a base for some festive nail art last month. Read on for my full swatches and more info!

Cirque Colors 'McKittrick' is a deep, rich green creme. It has a lovely, smooth, easy to apply formula. I had good coverage after two coats, but I did add a quick third to even out a few lighter patches. Below is three coats with topcoat.

China Glaze 'Ruby Pumps' is a red jelly base full of red glass fleck shimmer. It starts off on the sheer side, but has a smooth and easy to apply formula, and builds up nicely. It has a fair amount of coverage in two coats, but I find a third deepens the base and makes the glass fleck stand out more. Below is three coats with topcoat.

Barry M 'Gold Foil', which as expected, is a gold foil. This is one of my favourite Barry M's, and a go to for stamping, although I hadn't worn it on it's own for quite some time. It is smooth and easy to apply, and pretty much a one coater. Below is two coats with topcoat.

What do you think? I had to wear all three last month, they're such perfect festive polishes. If I had to pick three Christmas colours, they would definitely be red, gold, and green. What are your must have colours for December and the Christmas period?
Hope to see you in the next post!
