KBShimmer Fall Collaboration Collection (Partial) & Nail Art

Hello lovelies! Today I have six polishes from the KBShimmer Fall Collaboration Collection to share. The collection consists of 14 polishes, 12 of which are blogger collaboration shades. Annette from Rainbow Connection was kind enough to send me four of this to swatch. I also picked up two others at Polish Con Chicago, so thought I'd post them all together. Read on for my full swatches and a few nail art looks!

'Espresso Yourself' is a brown base packed with holographic gold and copper microglitter. This is a collaboration with Gaby from LacquerLoon. The formula is slightly on the thick side due to the amount of glitter, but is still easy to apply. It is fully opaque in two coats. You will need topcoat if you want this to be completely smooth. Below is two coats with topcoat.

'High-rise to the Occasion' is a soft grey crelly with metallic rainbow flakes and a purple shimmer/shift. This is a collaboration with Michelle from Ehmkay Nails. The formula is smooth and easy to apply. I expected to need three coats for this, but it suprised me by being completely opaque in just two. Below is two coats with topcoat.

'Let's Fang Out' is a deep burgundy leaning purple creme. This is a collaboration with Sam from Sam Nailed It. The formula is lovely and smooth, and easy to apply. This has a few lighter streaks on the first coat, but a second evens it out perfectly and deepens the colour. This also stamps perfectly (shown later in my nail art). Below is two coats with topcoat.

'Peach for the Sky' is a sky blue with a peach shimmer. This is a collaboration with Antionette from aricedotcom. The formula is smooth and easy to apply. It starts off a little bit on the sheer side but builds up nicely. I could just about see my nail line after two coats, so added a third to make sure. Below is three coats with topcoat.

These next two are the ones I purchased myself at Polish Con.

'Oh My Gourd' is a butterscotch creme. This is one of the two shades added by Christy herself. The formula is lovely and smooth, and has great opacity. The first coat isn't quite there, but it is fully opaque in two easy coats. This has a very similar formula to 'Let's Fang Out', so should also stamp. Below is two coats with topcoat.

'I Don't Want No Shrubs' is a bright pink with gold shimmer and tiny gold flakes. This is a collaboration with Jen from My Nail Polish Obsession. The formula is smooth and easy to apply. I expected this to be a three coater, so was pleasantly surprised to find it fully opaque in just two. Below is two coats with topcoat.

I used several of the polishes above to create a couple of nail art looks. The purple stamping shown was using 'Let's Fang Out', and as you can see it stamps perfectly. I'll share the full details for each mani on Instagram over the next few days.

What do you think? I really enjoyed all six of these! I don't have a single bad thing to say about any of them. I couldn't pick a favourite, although a surprise love for me was 'High-rise to the Occasion' - it's just so pretty! What are your picks for this collection? Are there any must haves I am missing? There's such a wide range of colours and finishes that there's definitely something for everyone!
