Hi! Today I have a quick wintery snowflake mani for you, over a base of Glisten & Glow 'Lavender Liqueur'. This was a Polish Con limited edition that I actually didn't manage to get on the day (although I did get others!), but luckily Rainbow Connection received some of the leftover stock. I 'accidentally' bought myself it while Christmas shopping, and couldn't resist adding some snowflakes. Read on for more info!

Glisten & Glow 'Lavender Liqueur' is a lilac holographic with a few silver holographic microglitters. It applies smoothly and covers completely in two thin coats. This does dry quite quickly so overworking may cause streaks/patches. It also dries fairly glossy. Below is two coats and topcoat.

To add my snowflakes, I used three of the different snowflake images on Uberchic Beauty plate Christmas-01. I stamped using Barry M 'Silver Foil' and my Born Pretty Store clear stamper and scraper. I finished by sealing everything in with a coat of topcoat.

What do you think? I love a good snowflake mani, I've been wanting to add them to everything! I also like 'Lavender Liqueur' much more than I thought I would, I was convinced it wouldn't suit me. My next post should hopefully be my New Years nails (if I ever wake up from my Christmas coma!), so I'll see you then!
Unfortunately 'Lavender Liqueur' is no longer in stock, but you can find other Polish Con LE's and lots of other shades on Rainbow Connection (UK) here.
