September's 'Pumpkin Spice' MeeBox Mani

Hello lovelies! Today I have my mani for September's 'Pumpkin Spice' MeeBox to share with you. If you missed my unboxing and swatches, you can find my post here. I knew what I wanted to do for this months nail art straight away. Thankfully it went just how I imagined (if not better), and I ended up with the mani below. Read on for more info and to see how I did it!

I started with a base Lauren B Beauty 'Nude No. 1', the lighter of the two colours I was using for the gradient. This is also fairly sheer, so using it a base ensures it will be fully opaque. Below is three coats and topcoat.

To create my gradient, I applied both Lauren B Beauty 'Nude No. 1' and Crabtree & Evelyn 'Clementine' onto a make up sponge, before rolling and dabbing it onto my nails. I had intended on doing a full gradient (building the orange up to full opacity), but I really liked the softer look from just one coat.

For my stamping, I used all three Bundle Monster items from September's box - the short clear jelly stamper and scraper, and plate BM-S207. The stamper is so easy to see through for positioning, and is firm yet squishy enough to cover the full nail.

I stamped various parts of the plate onto all of my nails using Leighton Denny 'Venus Desire'. I was really impressed at how well the polish picked up and transferred to the nail. I honestly didn't think it would pick up at all due to the glitters. I then topcoated to seal in and complete my design.

What do you think? I really love the fall vibe these give me. They definitely feel very cosy, very pumpkin spice! I kept this mani on for several days as I really didn't want to take it off. I can definitely see myself using the stamping plate again, it's so cute - especially the part on my little finger!

Hope to see you in the next post!
