Helloo, I'm back! I should have some exciting posts and hauls soon! I am feeling ridiculously jetlagged, so today just have a quick swatch of Tanya Burr 'Mischief Managed' to show you. Shamefully, I got this over a year ago in June 2015's Nailbox (before I even started my blog). I have worn the other two polishes from the box though - I promise! Read on for my swatch and more info.
'Mischief Managed' is a bright red jelly. As with most jelly polishes, it does have quite a sheer formula. It does apply very smoothly though, and builds up well in three coats. I could still see my nail line slightly, but not enough to bother me. It dries quickly to a gorgeously smooth and shiny finish. Below is three coats and topcoat.
What do you think? I like this a lot more than I thought I would. I don't tend to be drawn to reds (hence taking over a year to wear this) but the squishy finish is just so satisfying! I think it would be perfect for jelly sandwiches and pond manicures.
