July MeeBox - Rio

Hello! Welcome back to another MeeBox unboxing. If you missed last months 'Splash' box, you can see it's contents here (you can also find my swatches here, and nail art look here). The theme for July is 'Rio', inspired by the city's carnivals, beaches, and the olympics. My first thoughts were bright greens and yellows - and we got both! Pretty Serious 'Absence' & 'Presence' Duo

Hello! Today I have the Pretty Serious Cosmetics Absence/Presence duo to show you. These are Pretty Serious's answer to black and white, marketed as 'one coat perfection'. I actually got 'Absence' back in January (see part 2 of my U.S. haul here). I finally used it recently, and loved it so much that I immediately bought 'Presence' from Rainbow Connection here in the UK. Read on for full swatches and more info!

Hello! Today I have an Essie swatch to share with you. While sorting out my polishes recently, I realised that my little Essie collection doesn't get much love. I think I only have around 10 total, and I haven't actually worn most of them properly. I decided to pull out one to try - I went for 'Cascade Cool', I always choose pink! Hello! Today I have Danglefoot Nail Polish topper 'Merlin' to show you. When my bottle arrived in the post, I was wearing Fair Maiden Polish 'Starry Night', a deep navy holographic with golden flakes (swatched here). I immediately thought that they'd be perfect together, as a sort of night sky look. Read on to see how it went!

Hello lovelies! I'm back with a nice summery look as part of a review for new nail art brand Nicole Diary. They recently contacted me offering 3 stamping plates of my choice to review. I chose three gorgeous plates, one of which I have to show you today. The sunflower image on that particular plate was the first to catch my eye, and I ended up using it for the design below. Hello! Today I have swatches of the Season 2 collection from My Handiwork Polish. This is Jasmine's second release, following on from the Villain Varnishes collection (swatched here). Season 2 consists of four polishes inspired by Jasmine's favourite TV shows - Once Upon A Time, Breaking Bad, Game Of Thrones, and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
