Opulent Essences 'Raspberry Sorbet' & 'Chameleon Red'

*Press Sample*
Hello! Today I have two Opulent Essences duo/multichrome polishes to share with you, 'Raspberry Sorbet' and 'Red Chameleon'. These are both fairly new additions to the shop, and I can't say I have anything even remotely similar to either. The colours are so unique - even in my massive stash. Read on for full swatches and more info!

Opulent Essences 'Raspberry Sorbet' & 'Chameleon Red' @acertainbeccaa

'Raspberry Sorbet' is described as a 'raspberry duotone'. This really amused me as it's the exact colour of my glasses. The first coat is a bit streaky, but a second evens it out nicely. It is opaque in two to three coats depending on application and nail length - I just about needed three. It does apply with some brushstrokes but they disappear as it dries. Below is three thin coats and topcoat.

'Chameleon Red' is a red to pink duochrome with a light blue to green iridescent shimmer. This one is definitely the more 'shifty' of the two. It goes on smoothly, and is fully opaque in two coats. Again this applies with brushstrokes which do disappear nicely as it dries. Below is two coats and topcoat.

You can see the shift in the shimmer shift from green in the first photo, to blue in the second.

What do you think? I love both, but 'Chameleon Red' has to be my favourite. I might even purchase a back up bottle. The shimmer is just beautiful. Both of these are available on Opulent Essences etsy store - 'Raspberry Sorbet' (with added flakes) here, and 'Chameleon Red' here. You can find more swatches on Instagram here.

Hope to see you in the next post!

They don't look think or nail polishy, they look really good
