Hello! I recently took part in an Easter swap through Facebook, in which everyone was matched with a secret partner with a budget of £15. My lovely swap partner Helen sent me a parcel full of goodies. One of the polishes I received was Colors By Llarowe 'Ben Affleck Is Sheila's Homeboy' from the Krispy Kreme Dreams collection. I have this to show you today. Read on for swatches and more info!
'Ben Affleck Is Sheila's Homeboy' is an intense linear holographic red. The formula was pretty much perfect - I had absolutely no issues. It was so smooth and easy to apply and opaque in just one coat! I did add a second coat on my thumb to see if it would deepen the colour, but it didn't make a noticeable difference. Below is one coat with topcoat.
To show you how intense the holographic is, I've taken an additional picture with flash.
What do you think? I think it's gorgeous - thank you Helen! Helen was also my secret partner for February's Valentines swap where she sent me my first Colors By Llarowe polish, 'Young Turks' (post here). I loved that one, and I love this one too!

ReplyDeleteThank you! I use a strengthening basecoat (ciate london's one coat a day), and sally hansen strengthening and moisturising removers - makes a lot of difference! :) x
