Hello lovelies! I recently participated in a Valentines polish swap through a nail polish group over on Facebook. The idea of the swap was to try a polish from a 'new to us' brand. We each compiled a list of untried indie brands along with our likes and dislikes to be sent to our secret swap partner (our 'Varnish Valentine').
The polish I was lucky enough to receive was the gorgeous Colors By Llarowe (CBL) 'Young Turks'. Read on to see my swatch pictures!

'Young Turks' is described as a 'bright turquoise holo', although I would definitely consider it a bright blue (just me?). Either way, it is a stunning polish and has an amazing formula. This was almost opaque for me in one coat. If you apply thicker coats, I do think this could be a one coater. I used two thinner coats with topcoat for the photos below.

How gorgeous is this?! The holographic is ridiculously strong (more than my photos suggest). I have been after a nice bright blue holo for a while - this is the kind of shade I was after so I'm very happy. I definitely want to try more CBL polishes in the future!
I am still unsure who my Varnish Valentine was. If you happen to be reading this, thank you so much. I love my polish and all of the extra goodies!

Blues are a Deffo Fav of mine, and this would be great in my collection, expecially being a one coat, I am very tempted!

Blues aren't normally my favourite to wear (except baby pastels & brighter blues) but this is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely one for the wishlist! x
