Hello! Today I have another Halloween design to show you. I used some nail vinyls and a dotting tool to make some super cute ghosts! These were really simple and easy to do, keep reading for more info!

I started with a clean white base. I've been using China Glaze 'White on White' a lot recently, so thought I'd try something different. I went back to my old favourite - Barry M 'Matt White'. The name of this polish has always confused me. It's suggestive of a matte finish but its definitely very glossy! Below is two coats (three on some nails) and topcoat.

I waited a little while after topcoating to ensure the polish was completely dry. I then applied 'squiggly lines' vinyls near the bottom of all of my nails to create the bottom of each ghost.

Using True Brit London's 'Taxi Cab' (one of my new favourite blacks), I painted the bottom of each nail before immediately removing the vinyls.

Now all that was left to do was give my ghosts faces! I used a dotting tool and added two circles of 'Taxi Cab' for the eyes. I wasn't too sure how to do the mouths and ended up going for the sort of shocked, open mouth look. Using the same dotting tool, I made slightly bigger circles for the mouths. Finally, I smoothed everything out with topcoat.

I was a bit impatient and topcoated too quickly, smudging some of the black. Woops! It's not too noticeable unless you look close up, so I'm still happy with how they came out. I think they're really cute! What do you think? If i recreated them, I'd definitely try and be a bit neater - and more accurate with my dotting!

Hope to see you in the next post!
